I want to thank you, Maria, for planning our fabulous trip to Krakow. We had a wonderful experience and we were in the best location possible thanks to Cosmos Travel. Your thorough arrangements, and your successful bidding on Business Class seats gave us the opportunity to discover the hidden gem of Europe. The Pod Roza breakfasts were the best and were the envy of other travellers when we spoke of the meals. Thank you for making the travel arrangements through Furnel Travel/Travel Priorities. When we presented their voucher at the hotels and on the tour, people made extra efforts to help us. The three days of private car with driver and travel guide/translator made the experience outstanding. Jakub and Bozena, with whom we spent three days always went above and beyond expectations. We felt like we had the royal treatment every day.
I would like to suggest that people who travel to Krakow in the future consider the train to Prague with an overnight there. Other Krakow visitors who made that train trip said they believed the two cities gave them the best trip in all of Europe.

Overall, I was very impressed with the excellent, helpful, and welcoming staff! I was able to get any question I had answered with ease and my goal of a vacation this summer was fulfilled with their astonishing help! I recommend anybody else to come here because you clearly won't be disappointed!

Cosmos jest bardzo dobry dla wszystkich! Jak pojechałem do Mexico to cosmos lub Pani Marysia wszystko wiedziała. Bardzo fajna atmosfera i wszyscy są bardzo mili. Zawsze będę bilety kupował z cosmosu. Najlepsze biuro co może być!

Hi Pani Marysiu!!
So everything was good! The tour greeter was waiting for us at the airport in Mexico, the next day we met with the agent and he explained a few excursions and planned our last day arrival. The weather was perfect, 80s full sunshine. Everyone had a great time! The hotel looks exactly like the pictures online! The staff is very friendly, a lot of food choices, and wifi is great in all public spaces (restaurants/bars).
We loved that the beach was right outside of the hotel and we can take food/drinks there. Some people try selling you stuff on the beach, but it is not pushy. We felt safe and comfortable.
The only negative, I think is that for young people there is not much night life or places to go after the 9pm entertainment show. Yes, there is one club on the resort, but this is more a family resort so not as many young people.
Also, Riu Jalisco is no longer considered Puerto Vallarta it is Rivera Nayarit.
Overall, wszystko dobrze. Dziekujemy

The three nights at breathless were okay , there is still no shows or activities to do there. We enjoyed the riu caribe much better. More activities, better beach and all around atmosphere.
