My husband and I stayed Riu Palace Kukulkan Cancun 7days. All in all it was an AMAZING trip. The hotel is gorgeous, extremely clean, and has crystal clear water. The buffet and restaurants served very good food. We enjoyed the Steak House restaurant. The plus side is the location. We were able to easily cross the street and go to shoppingmall. Aquarium with dolphins was across the street. Drink selections were on the higher end at the resort, which we greatly appreciated. The staff was beyond helpful and everyone was so friendly. Hi Maria, we were both very impressed with your help----room upgrade, VIP, and wheelchair access on each flight. I know that my phone call to the supervisor of the concierge dept. helped but you’re calls and persistence really helped quite a bit. Overall, I was very impressed with the excellent, helpful, and welcoming staff! I was able to get any question I had answered with ease and my goal of a vacation this summer was fulfilled with their astonishing help! I recommend anybody else to come here because you clearly won't be disappointed!
